Welcome to the Maple Terrace website! This site is where you will find all information that pertains to the Home Owners Association.
The Home Owners Association is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the property values within our Subdivision. These goals are accomplished by maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood. The Association maintains the aesthetics of the individual homes by enforcing the Protective Covenants (Deed Restrictions). The Atasca Oaks Estates Association funds these activities by way of an annual assessment. The Board of Directors has created this website in the hope that the residents of our community can become informed and educated about the activities of the Association and the community around them.
